Hailing originally from Rhode Island, Uriah cut most of his musical chops in the Oakland Bay Area. Many recognize him as the former bassist of the legendary rock group Whitesnake — but his accomplishments go much further, into the realms of session & live bass work and musical direction.
He’s worked and traveled with some of the most respected musicians in the world: Christina Aguilera, The Family Stone, Ledisi, Liv Warfield, Fantastic Negrito, Prince, CeeLo Green, Starship, Too $hort, The Coup, Steve Stevens, Marvel Comics, Points North and many more.
Versatility runs through everything — chops ranging from funk, R&B, jazz, hip-hop, house, rock and metal to gospel. Off the bandstand, Uriah brings deep experience in tour management, audio production, and band assembly, making him a sought-after collaborator in any musical setting.
